I moved. Do I need to verify again?
Yes, if you’ve changed your address, you need to update it and complete re-verification:
1. Log in to the client "Menu" → "Account" → "Profile".
2. Update your address and click “Save”.
3. Click “Verify”.
4. Follow the instructions provided by our verification partner.
5. Upload a document confirming your new address (e.g. utility bill or bank statement).
You will be notified by e-mail once verification is complete.
