What should I do if the money was deducted from my account but hasn’t been credited to my PokerPlanets balance in the cashier?

Funds are usually credited within 3–5 hours. If more than 5 hours have passed and the money is still not credited to your balance, the possible reasons could be:
• A transaction check by your bank or payment system;
• Incomplete account verification;
• An error in entering payment details.
