If your account is already verified but you've changed your place of residence, please follow these steps to update your details:
1. Open the menu in the top-left corner, go to "Account" → "Profile", update your address information and click “Save”.
2. Click the "Verify" button.
3. A verification window from our partner platform will open with further instructions. If you have all required documents at hand, the process should not take longer than 5 minutes.
4. Upload a document confirming your new address (such as a utility bill or a bank statement).
5. Save the changes.
Once your updated address is reviewed and verified, you'll receive a confirmation email.
