Until and including May 29, 2025, you will have the opportunity to withdraw the funds transferred to us by the PokerStars Sochi operator, without the need to make a deposit or meet any wagering requirements. Withdrawals will be processed using the same method and to the same payment system (Luxon Pay) that was previously offered by PokerStars Sochi.

You may submit a one-time request to withdraw either your full PokerStars Sochi balance or an amount less than that balance.

What you need to do:

1. Complete the verification process on the PokerPlanets platform. Withdrawals without verification are strictly prohibited in accordance with our licensing requirements.

2. Contact our Support Team at [email protected].

3. Indicate the amount you wish to withdraw and provide the address of your Luxon Pay wallet.

Until and including May 29, 2025, our Support Team will be accepting such requests.

After this period ends, we will compile the final list of requests and begin processing the withdrawals, which may take up to 4 weeks.
