What do I need to do to log into my account on PokerPlanets after the data transfer?
We will promptly notify you once your PokerStars Sochi account is successfully transferred to PokerPlanets. You will be able to continue playing on PokerPlanets under the same username that you had on PokerStars Sochi.
To log into your PokerPlanets account, you will need to install the PokerPlanets client and reset your password according to the following instructions:
- Download and install the client on your device, following the installer instructions.
- Open the client, select "Login," and then click on "Forgot password?".
- Enter the email address that was used for PokerStars Sochi. We will send an email with instructions on how to reset your password to that address. Please check your inbox.
- After successfully resetting your password, you will be able to log into your PokerPlanets account using your PokerStars Sochi username or email address, along with the new password.
