These are the terms of participation in the "100% First Deposit Bonus from PokerPlanets" promotion ("Promotion"), conducted by the operator ("PokerPlanets") of this website, client application with graphical user interface, and mobile application ("Website"). Your continued use of the Website signifies full agreement with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Participants in the Promotion must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater). At any time, you may be required to provide PokerPlanets (or a third party on behalf of PokerPlanets) with a government-issued ID (passport or other valid photo ID) to verify your age and/or identity. 2. By participating in the Promotion, you grant PokerPlanets the right to use your name, likeness, voice, and photographs for marketing and advertising purposes in any media without any compensation and expressly waive any claims against PokerPlanets in this regard.
3. Employees and relatives of employees of PokerPlanets, as well as any individuals who are partners or otherwise connected to PokerPlanets, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. In this context, "relative" means spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling, or sibling-in-law.
4. By participating in the Promotion, you release PokerPlanets, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any damage received in connection with participation in the Promotion.
5. PokerPlanets reserves the right to modify these Promotion terms at any time at its sole discretion, including canceling, altering, or postponing the Promotion if PokerPlanets believes that the Promotion cannot be conducted in accordance with the described terms.
6. Participants in the Promotion must adhere to all policies and rules of PokerPlanets, as published on the Website.
7. Strict rules on multi-account play will apply during the Promotion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to disqualify any player suspected of participating in the Promotion using multiple accounts. The decision on the penalty for violating these terms will be made by PokerPlanets.
8. The Promotion is available only to players on the Website who make their first real-money deposit into their Website account ("Qualifying Deposit").
9. The minimum Qualifying Deposit is 10 (ten) US dollars (or the equivalent amount in another currency).
10. The maximum Qualifying Deposit (or total Qualifying Deposits) that a player can make to participate in the Promotion is 600 (six hundred) USD (or the equivalent amount in another currency). If the total deposit amount exceeds the maximum Qualifying Deposit amount, the excess will be credited to the player's Account and will not be considered part of this Promotion.
11. Players may make up to 3 (three) Qualifying Deposits consecutively to receive the full bonus, provided all deposits are made within 60 (sixty) days of the first Qualifying Deposit.
12. To participate in the Promotion, players must either enter the bonus code PLANETS600 with each Qualifying Deposit or select the Promotion banner in the cashier with each Qualifying Deposit. If the bonus code PLANETS600 is not entered, or the Promotion banner is not selected when making a deposit, the deposit will not count as a Qualifying Deposit under this Promotion.
13. Any player who makes a Qualifying Deposit may receive a bonus equal to the Qualifying Deposit made ("Bonus"), with the maximum Bonus amount that a player can receive under this Promotion being 600 (six hundred) USD (or the equivalent amount in another currency) in total.
14. Within 120 (one hundred and twenty) days following each Qualifying Deposit ("Qualifying Period"), by playing real-money poker games, the player earns poker-points. The Bonus amount the player will receive depends on the number of poker-points earned during the Qualifying Period.
15. Poker-points are awarded for participation in cash games and tournaments.
- In cash games, poker-points are awarded based on the amount of rake paid by the winner of the hand and are distributed among all participants proportionally to their share of the total pot.
- In tournaments, poker-points are awarded for every 1 (one) US cent of the tournament fee paid by the player.
A player receives 1 (one) poker-point for each 1 (one) US cent counted as their share of the rake or tournament fee.
16. A Bonus of 3 (three) USD (or the equivalent amount in any currency) will be credited to the player’s account each time the player accumulates 1 200 (one thousand two hundred) poker-points.
17. If a player makes any withdrawals after making a Qualifying Deposit, all subsequent deposits will no longer be considered Qualifying Deposits. However, Qualifying Deposits made prior to the withdrawal remain valid for this Promotion.
18. For the purposes of this Promotion, Qualifying Deposits do not include funds received from transfers between players, as well as any funds received from promotional activities (whether our own or third-party promotions, if applicable), freerolls, and similar sources.
19. A player may opt-out of the Promotion at any time.
20. If a player does not enter the bonus code PLANETS600 or does not select the Promotion banner in the cashier when making their first deposit but otherwise meets the Promotion conditions, they may contact our support team within 60 (sixty) days of making the first deposit to activate the Promotion. Poker-points will begin to accumulate from the date of activation, while the 60-day Promotion period and the Qualifying Period for the Qualifying Deposit will count from the date of the relevant deposit, regardless of the activation date. To avoid any doubt, if the player has not activated the Promotion after the first deposit as stated above, the Promotion will become unavailable for subsequent deposits.
21. Only the player whose details are registered in the Account is eligible to receive the Bonus under this Promotion. A player may receive only one Bonus, and this rule applies to each IP address and/or device.
22. A player has no right to obligate PokerPlanets to fulfill any contract terms or reimburse any expenses or costs without prior written permission from PokerPlanets.
23. In the event of disputes regarding eligibility, Bonus receipt, and these participation terms, the final decision will be made by the management of PokerPlanets. Such a decision is binding and not subject to appeal by the participant or any third party.
24. These Promotion terms and any related matters are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
