Last updated: March 01, 2025

1. INTRODUCTION
  • We are committed to providing our users with a safe, reliable, and comfortable environment for playing with real players from around the world. We believe that every player has the right to fair play and equal opportunities. Any attempts to bypass the rules or gain an unfair advantage will be reviewed and prevented.
  • The Game Integrity Policy of this website, desktop client application, and mobile application (the "Website") is an agreement between you and Entertainment Planets B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao, with registration number 166486 and address Kaya Richard J. Beaujon Z/N, Curaçao (hereinafter referred to as "we," "our," or "the Company"). The operation of the Website is regulated under license No. OGL/2024/1469/0855, issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.
  • The terms "user," "player," or "you" refer to any person who has registered or intends to register an Account on the Website.
  • This Game Integrity Policy is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Website.
  • We reserve the right to periodically amend this Game Integrity Policy without prior notice to users. The current version of the Game Integrity Policy is always available on the Website with the effective date indicated. Any changes to the Game Integrity Policy will take effect seven (7) days after their publication on the Website or within a specific timeframe required by law or other regulatory provisions.
  • If you disagree with this Game Integrity Policy or any of its amendments, please refrain from opening an Account and/or continuing to use the Website. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of this Game Integrity Policy.
2. SECURITY CHECKS
  • We employ security procedures and checks to protect our players and ourselves from various types of fraud and other illegal behavior. We are confident that our security processes serve the best interests of our users.
  • From time to time, as part of our security procedures, we reserve the right to conduct Account and gameplay checks. These checks may result in the suspension or restriction of Account usage (including but not limited to withdrawal bans, deposit bans, player-to-player transfer bans, participation restrictions, etc.) for the duration of such checks.
  • We reserve the right not to disclose or share details of any conducted checks or the information obtained as a result of such checks, including with the user whose Account was reviewed.
  • If, as a result of the check, we find grounds to believe that you have engaged in prohibited actions and violated our rules, we have the right to apply one or more of the following measures against the offender:
    Warning;
    Denial of service, i.e., restriction of access to all or certain products and features of the Website;
    Temporary Account suspension for a specified period;
    Permanent Account closure with no possibility of reinstatement;
    Confiscation of funds (We do not profit from confiscated funds. All confiscated funds are distributed to those affected by unfair play).
  • We retain the exclusive right to determine violations, and any decisions regarding the measures listed above are final.
  • You must fully compensate us for any claims, liabilities, expenses (including legal fees), or other costs arising from your violation.
3. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
  • The following actions are prohibited and constitute significant violations of our rules:
  • 3.1. Unfair Play
    Any forms of unfair play, including but not limited to:
    Cheating
    Using deception or false information to gain an advantage in the game.
    Collusion
    Coordinated behavior of two or more users to gain an unfair advantage over other players. Every player must play their hands independently and in their own interests. Users are strictly prohibited from sharing card information in real-time under any circumstances.
    Team Play
    Organizing and participating in collaborative actions among several users to create an advantage in the game.
    Multi-Accounting
    Users are strictly prohibited from deliberately creating or using more than one Account. Each player is allowed to register only one Account on our Website. Using multiple Accounts in any gaming format, such as participating in games from different Accounts or registering multiple Accounts for one tournament, constitutes a serious violation.
    Account Sharing
    Account sharing occurs when a user provides access to their Account to another person or uses an Account registered to someone else. This practice is strictly prohibited. Users are fully responsible for all actions performed with their Account, regardless of authorization, except in cases where such activity results from an error by the Website.
    Ghosting
    A form of unfair play where one player receives external assistance during the game or completely transfers Account control to another person who participates in hands on their behalf. This includes real-time consultation, where a player receives advice or tips from another person or software during the game. Using programs or other tools to send data about cards and situations to others in real-time is strictly prohibited.
    Bum Hunting
    Unethical behavior where a player deliberately seeks out weaker opponents to exclusively play against them. This includes refusing to play against stronger players (e.g., leaving a table or not joining a table when strong opponents are present), selectively joining games with weaker players, or leaving a game as soon as a weaker player leaves the table.
    Chip Dumping
    A form of cheating where one or more players deliberately lose their chips to another player to help them gain an advantage or transfer funds in a gaming format.
    Data Mining
    Collecting and analyzing large volumes of data on hands, players, and gameplay patterns without participating in games. Data mining is used to gain an unfair advantage by accessing statistics that a player could not have collected honestly.
  • 3.2. Other Prohibited Activities
    • Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in our software.
    • Using malicious software.
    • Employing unfair betting patterns or strategies that we believe exploit the system.
    • Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorized bank cards, Accounts, and/or wallets as funding sources.
    • Engaging in any criminal activities, including but not limited to money laundering and terrorism financing.
  • We will take all reasonable steps to prevent, detect, and act against such activities, including sharing information with relevant authorities and organizations.
  • If you suspect that someone is colluding, cheating, or engaging in other prohibited activities, please report it to us immediately.
  • We reserve the right to inform authorized bodies, other online gaming operators, service providers, banks, and financial organizations about the identity of offenders and any suspected illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited activities. You agree to cooperate fully with us in investigating such activities.
  • We are not liable for any losses or damages you or any other player may incur as a result of such actions.
4. PROHIBITED PROGRAMS, TOOLS, AND SERVICES
  • Players are prohibited from using any programs, third-party tools, or services that provide an unfair advantage in the games.
  • The following are prohibited, including but not limited to:
  • 4.1. Third-Party Tools and Services
    Bots (fully or partially automated programs):
    We use advanced software solutions to detect the use of automated programs or AI-based tools designed to simplify gameplay. Players must make all gameplay decisions independently, including choosing actions and bet sizes. Using any programs, tools, or services that analyze the current game situation and assist in decision-making is strictly prohibited.
    Real-Time Assistance (RTA):
    All gameplay decisions must be made solely by the player without any external assistance. RTA tools, which provide players with an unfair advantage over opponents, influence decision-making in real-time, or enable actions and strategies not achievable without such assistance, are strictly prohibited.
    Poker trackers (HUDs)
