After the registration, you can play with play money chips and simply explore the platform. To access real money games, you need to complete basic profile verification. Full verification is required in order to withdraw funds, make internal transfers or deposit over 2 200 USD.

STEP 1: Fill in your personal information in the “Profile”.
• Click on the menu in the top-left corner and go to "Account " → "Profile ". Fill out all the mandatory fields (*) to begin the verification process. Make sure the information matches the details in your passport or another valid form of ID

STEP 2: Add your phone number.
• Click the "ADD PHONE NUMBER" button. Enter a valid phone number that you have access to. You’ll be redirected to a verification window powered by our partner platform, where you’ll receive further instructions. The process will take no longer than 1 minute. You will then get an SMS with a verification code to confirm your phone number. Real money games and deposits will not be available until your phone number is verified.

STEP 3: Enter your address (all fields marked with * are required).
• Make sure your address matches the documents you can provide (e.g., utility bill or bank statement).

STEP 4: Click "Save ".

STEP 5: Upload your documents (required for withdrawals, internal transfers and/or when the 2 200 USD deposit threshold is reached) to complete full verification:
• Go to your "Profile"
• Click the "Verify " button
• A new window will appear powered by our partner verification platform, where you will receive further instructions. If you have your documents ready, uploading should take no more than 5 minutes. You will need to upload the following:
- A photo of a valid government-issued ID

Image requirements:
• Clear, in focus, with no glare or shadows
• All four corners of the document must be visible
• All data must be fully readable
• When uploading passports, please take a photo of your passport fully opened, showing both pages

What happens next?
• Once submitted, your documents will go through automated verification. On average, such verification takes 1–5 minutes if documents are in order.
• If the system cannot confirm authenticity automatically, your documents will be forwarded for manual review, which may take up to 30 minutes or longer in some cases.

As soon as verification is complete, you’ll receive confirmation, and all features of the platform will be unlocked: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and more.
