In what cases do you request documents to verify sources of income?
In accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and for security purposes, we may request documents verifying your income and ownership of the payment method used (e.g., to prevent the use of stolen bank cards, accounts, and/or wallets as a source of funds). If suspicious activity is detected in your account, we may also ask you to complete additional verification.
