My lobby says I’m not verified. What should I do?

Option 1: Your "Profile" is filled out, but verification is not complete.
This may happen if:
- You’ve already completed your "Profile", but didn’t finish the verification process (e.g. you didn’t click the "Verify" button and upload your documents).
- Or you recently updated your personal details — such as your last name, phone number, or address. In this case, the system automatically assigns the "Not verified" status, and you’ll need to go through verification again.

Option 2: Your "Profile" is not filled out.
If your "Profile" is not completed (name, surname, date of birth, address, etc.), the system will also show a "Not verified" status.
What to do:
- Click the menu icon in the top-left corner and go to "Account" → "Profile"
- Fill in all the required fields, including your phone number
- Click "Save"
- Then click "Verify" to upload your documents
