What documents are accepted as proof of address?
Submit one of the following (issued within the last 3 months, if applicable):
• Utility bill (gas, electricity, water, internet, landline, TV);
• Bank or savings account statement;
• Document confirming place of residence (temporary permit, rental contract, residence registration);
• Official letter from a government authority;
• Official letter from your employer (contract or payslip);
• Tax notification.
If you provide a passport page with registration (прописка), you must also upload the passport photo page (even if it was already submitted for identity verification).
