Prior to uploading documents, ensure that all images are recent. The images must be legible, not dark, blurred, or altered, and without any partially hidden information. All four corners of the document must be visible in the image. For documents such as passports or passport stamps (residence registration/propiska), make sure the document is photographed fully opened and both pages are visible.
