Can I cancel a withdrawal request?
Yes, if the request has not yet been processed. Go to the "Cashier" → "History" section and click Cancel next to the relevant transaction.
If the request is no longer visible in the "Cashier" → "History" section, it means it has already been processed and can no longer be canceled.
