What should I do if the funds were deducted from my account but were not credited to my PokerPlanets balance and were not returned to my account?
Please contact our support team at support@pokerplanets.com and provide proof of payment, such as:
• a screenshot of the successful transaction;
• a bank payment receipt;
• a receipt from the payment system.
Note: If proof of payment is not provided within 14 days from the transaction date, the investigation may not be possible.
