Option 1: Profile completed, but verification not finalized.
This happens if:

• You entered your personal info but didn’t click "Verify" and upload documents.
• You changed key details (last name, phone number, address), which resets your verification status.
• A previously uploaded document was not accepted.

What to do: Click "Verify" and upload the required documents. Read more in: How does player verification work?

Option 2: Profile not completed.
If you didn’t fill in your personal info (name, birthdate, address, etc.), the system will flag you as not verified.

What to do:

• Go to "Menu" → "Account" → "Profile".
• Complete all required fields, including phone number.
• Click "Save", then "Verify".
Upload your documents.
