These are the terms of participation in the "Freerolls for PokerStars Sochi Players" promotion ("Promotion"), conducted by the operator ("PokerPlanets") of this website, client application with graphical user interface, and mobile application ("Website"). Your continued use of the Website signifies full agreement with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Participants in the Promotion must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater). At any time, you may be required to provide PokerPlanets (or a third party on behalf of PokerPlanets) with a government-issued ID (passport or other valid photo ID) to verify your age and/or identity. Players who are unable to provide such proof upon request will be disqualified from the Promotion and barred from accessing the Website.
2. By participating in the Promotion, you grant PokerPlanets the right to use your username, likeness, voice, and photographs for marketing and advertising purposes in any media without any compensation and expressly waive any claims against PokerPlanets in this regard.
3. Employees and relatives of employees of PokerPlanets, as well as any individuals who are partners or otherwise connected to PokerPlanets, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. In this context, "relative" means spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling, or sibling-in-law.
4. By participating in the Promotion, you release PokerPlanets, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any damage received in connection with participation in the Promotion.
5. PokerPlanets reserves the right to modify these Promotion terms at any time at its sole discretion, including canceling, altering, or postponing the Promotion if PokerPlanets believes that the Promotion cannot be conducted in accordance with the described terms.
6. Participants in the Promotion must adhere to all policies and rules of PokerPlanets, as published on the Website.
7. Strict rules on multi-account play will apply during the Promotion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to disqualify any player suspected of participating in the Promotion using multiple accounts. The decision on the penalty for violating these terms will be made by PokerPlanets.
8. The promotion runs from December 1, 2025, to December 21, 2025 ("Promotion Period").
9. The Promotion terms automatically apply to all former players of PokerStars Sochi whose data has been transferred to PokerPlanets by the PokerStars Sochi operator.
10. As part of this Promotion, each player may receive up to 15 (fifteen) tickets to participate in Freeroll tournaments.
• To receive a ticket, the player must log in to the PokerPlanets client application.
• Upon logging in, the player receives 1 (one) ticket. The next ticket can be obtained after 24 (twenty-four) hours.
• On days when the player does not log in to the client application, no new tickets will be credited.
• The last day on which players can receive free daily tickets is the final Saturday of the Promotion Period, by 23:59 (UTC+3).
• Tickets have no cash value and cannot be converted into real money.
• Tickets are valid for a period of 1 (one) year. Tickets not used during the Promotion Period may be used in future promotions related to live events.
11. Valid tickets received by players as part of previous promotions related to live events may also be used in this Promotion.
12. To participate in the Promotion, players must play in Freeroll tournaments, which will be held as follows:

- Day 1

Qualification schedule for the Final Day:

- daily from Monday to Sunday at 11:00 (UTC+3);

- daily from Monday to Saturday at 18:00 (UTC+3).

Participant Limit: 500 players per tournament.

Seats to the Final Day: 10% of participants in each tournament.

Players advance to the Final Day with the chip stack they had at the end of Day 1.

A player may qualify for the Final Day multiple times by participating in different Day 1 tournaments. In such cases, the player begins the Final Day with the largest chip stack earned in any of the Day 1 tournaments.

If a player qualifies for the Final Day more than once, additional chip stacks do not combine and cannot be transferred — only the highest chip stack is used.

- Final Day

Schedule: every Sunday — tournament starts at 17:00 (UTC+3).

13. The prize pool for each Final Day is USD 1 000.
14. Promotion tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. Only the player whose details are specified in the Account may use the ticket.
15. A player may opt-out of the Promotion at any time by contacting our support team.
16. A player has no right to obligate PokerPlanets to fulfill any contract terms or reimburse any expenses or costs without prior written permission from PokerPlanets.
17. Participation in the Promotion and all associated benefits are at PokerPlanets' sole discretion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to change the terms, privileges, or cancel them entirely at any time.
18. In the event of disputes regarding these terms, eligibility, prize distribution, the final decision will be made by the management of PokerPlanets. Such a decision is final and binding and not subject to appeal by the participant or any third party.
19. These Promotion terms and any related matters are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
