These are the terms of participation in the "SPF Autumn Freerolls for PokerStars Sochi Players" promotion ("Promotion"), conducted by the operator ("PokerPlanets") of this website, client application with graphical user interface, and mobile application ("Website"). Your continued use of the Website signifies full agreement with the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Participants in the Promotion must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater). At any time, you may be required to provide PokerPlanets (or a third party on behalf of PokerPlanets) with a government-issued ID (passport or other valid photo ID) to verify your age and/or identity. Players who are unable to provide such proof upon request will be disqualified from the Promotion and barred from accessing the Website.
2. By participating in the Promotion, you grant PokerPlanets the right to use your name, likeness, voice, and photographs for marketing and advertising purposes in any media without any compensation and expressly waive any claims against PokerPlanets in this regard.
3. Employees and relatives of employees of PokerPlanets, as well as any individuals who are partners or otherwise connected to PokerPlanets, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. In this context, "relative" means spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling, or sibling-in-law.
4. By participating in the Promotion, you release PokerPlanets, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any damage received in connection with participation in the Promotion.
5. PokerPlanets reserves the right to modify these Promotion terms at any time at its sole discretion, including canceling, altering, or postponing the Promotion if PokerPlanets believes that the Promotion cannot be conducted in accordance with the described terms.
6. Participants in the Promotion must adhere to all policies and rules of PokerPlanets, as published on the Website.
7. Strict rules on multi-account play will apply during the Promotion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to disqualify any player suspected of participating in the Promotion using multiple accounts. The decision on the penalty for violating these terms will be made by PokerPlanets.
8. The promotion runs from August 23, 2025, to September 21, 2025 ("Promotion Period").
9. The Promotion terms automatically apply to all former players of PokerStars Sochi whose data has been transferred to PokerPlanets by the PokerStars Sochi operator.
10. As part of this Promotion, each player may receive up to 15 (fifteen) tickets to participate in Freeroll tournaments.
- To receive a ticket, the player must log in to the PokerPlanets client application.
- Upon logging in, the player receives 1 (one) ticket. The next ticket can be obtained after 24 (twenty-four) hours.
- On days when the player does not log in to the client application, no new tickets will be credited.
- The last day on which players can receive free daily tickets is the final Friday of the Promotion Period, by 22:00 (UTC+3).
- Tickets have no cash value and cannot be converted into real money.
- Tickets are valid for a period of 1 (one) year. Tickets not used during the Promotion Period may be used in future promotions related to live events.
Unused tickets from previous promotions related to live events, provided they have not expired, may be used within this Promotion to participate in Freeroll tournaments.
11. To participate in the Promotion, players must play in Freeroll tournaments, which will be held during the Promotion Period from Monday to Saturday at 10:35, 14:35, 17:35, 22:35, and on Sunday at 10:35 (UTC+3).
Participant limit: 1 000 players in each Freeroll tournament.
12. The final tournaments will be held as follows:
- Final 1
Schedule: Sunday, August 31, 2025, at 16:00 (UTC+3).
Entry: Qualification for Final 1.
Qualification for Final 1: Daily, in accordance with Clause 11.
If a player qualifies for Final 1 more than once, they will receive an additional tournament ticket each time, which can be used for re-entry. However, this ticket becomes invalid after the end of late registration period.
- Final 2
Schedule: Sunday, September 7, 2025, at 16:00 (UTC+3).
Entry: Qualification for Final 2.
Qualification for Final 2: Daily, in accordance with Clause 11.
If a player qualifies for Final 2 more than once, they will receive an additional tournament ticket each time, which can be used for re-entry. However, this ticket becomes invalid after the end of late registration period.
- Final 3
Schedule: Sunday, September 14, 2025, at 16:00 (UTC+3).
Entry: Qualification for Final 3.
Qualification for Final 3: Daily, in accordance with Clause 11.
If a player qualifies for Final 3 more than once, they will receive an additional tournament ticket each time, which can be used for re-entry. However, this ticket becomes invalid after the end of late registration period.
- Final 4
Schedule: Sunday, September 21, 2025, at 16:00 (UTC+3).
Entry: Qualification for Final 4.
Qualification for Final 4: Daily, in accordance with Clause 11.
If a player qualifies for Final 4 more than once, they will receive an additional tournament ticket each time, which can be used for re-entry. However, this ticket becomes invalid after the end of late registration period.
13. The top 101 (one hundred and one) players from each of the finals will receive prizes according to their placement as outlined in the table below:

14. The Main Prize of the Promotion is a ticket to the Main Event of the Sochi Poker Festival Autumn 2025.
15. The company organizing the Main Event of the Sochi Poker Festival Autumn 2025 may require the Promotion winner to comply with additional rules and conditions, which must also be fulfilled by the winner. In this regard, PokerPlanets is not responsible for the winner's failure to comply with such rules and conditions.
16. A total of 4 (four) Main Prizes are provided as part of this Promotion.
17. If a player who has won the Main Prize of the Promotion is unable to participate in the Main Event of the Sochi Poker Festival Autumn 2025 for a valid reason, the player may receive compensation in the amount of T$500. For this, the player must contact our support team before the start of the Main Event Sochi Poker Festival Autumn 2025.
18. One player may receive only 1 (one) Main Prize in the Promotion. In the event that a player wins the Main Prize more than once, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible player.
19. Promotion tickets and prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. Only the player whose details are specified in the Account may use the ticket, the prize or any of its components.
20. The compensation in accordance with Point 17 shall be credited as Tournament Money (T$) to the player’s PokerPlanets Account.
21. Tournament Money (T$) is a special type of funds that can only be used in tournaments. It is used to pay buy-ins and tournament fees. If a tournament allows cancellation, the amount of T$ used to pay for such a tournament will be refunded to the balance in its original form. The T$ balance is displayed in the cashier section of the player’s Account. The nominal value of 1 (one) T$ is equal to 1 (one) USD.
22. A player may opt-out of the Promotion at any time by contacting our support team.
23. A player has no right to obligate PokerPlanets to fulfill any contract terms or reimburse any expenses or costs without prior written permission from PokerPlanets.
24. Participation in the Promotion and all associated benefits are at PokerPlanets' sole discretion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to change the terms, privileges, or cancel them entirely at any time.
25. In the event of disputes regarding these terms, eligibility, prize distribution, the final decision will be made by the management of PokerPlanets. Such a decision is final and binding and not subject to appeal by the participant or any third party.
26. These Promotion terms and any related matters are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
