These are the terms of participation in the "New Year All-in Giveaways" promotion ("Promotion"), conducted by the operator ("PokerPlanets") of this website, client application with graphical user interface, and mobile application ("Website"). Your continued use of the Website signifies full agreement with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Participants in the Promotion must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater). At any time, you may be required to provide PokerPlanets (or a third party on behalf of PokerPlanets) with a government-issued ID (passport or other valid photo ID) to verify your age and/or identity. Players who are unable to provide such proof upon request will be disqualified from the Promotion and barred from accessing the Website.
2. By participating in the Promotion, you grant PokerPlanets the right to use your username, likeness, voice, and photographs for marketing and advertising purposes in any media without any compensation and expressly waive any claims against PokerPlanets in this regard.
3. Employees and relatives of employees of PokerPlanets, as well as any individuals who are partners or otherwise connected to PokerPlanets, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. In this context, "relative" means spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling, or sibling-in-law.
4. By participating in the Promotion, you release PokerPlanets, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any damage received in connection with participation in the Promotion.
5. PokerPlanets reserves the right to modify these Promotion terms at any time at its sole discretion, including canceling, altering, or postponing the Promotion if PokerPlanets believes that the Promotion cannot be conducted in accordance with the described terms.
6. Participants in the Promotion must adhere to all policies and rules of PokerPlanets, as published on the Website.
7. Strict rules on multi-account play will apply during the Promotion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to disqualify any player suspected of participating in the Promotion using multiple accounts. The decision on the penalty for violating these terms will be made by PokerPlanets.
8. The Promotion starts on December 15, 2025 at 09:00 (UTC+3) and ends on January 5, 2025 at 23:59 (UTC+3) (the "Promotion Period").
9. The Promotion terms automatically apply to all players on the Website.
10. To participate in the Promotion, a player must make a single deposit of at least 50 US dollars during the Promotion Period. Once this requirement is met, the player will be automatically registered for the special tournament within 24 hours. Multiple smaller deposits do not qualify as meeting the participation requirement for the Promotion.
11. The Promotion includes 3 (three) special All-in Shootout Tournament:
    New Year All-in Giveaway 1 Tournament
    Date and time: 22 December 2025 at 21:00 (UTC+3).
    Qualification period: from 09:00 (UTC+3) on December 15 to 23:59 (UTC+3) on December 21, 2025.
    New Year All-in Giveaway 2 Tournament
    Date and time: 29 December 2025 at 21:00 (UTC+3).
    Qualification period: from 00:00 (UTC+3) on December 22 to 23:59 (UTC+3) on December 28, 2025.
    New Year All-in Giveaway 3 Tournament
    Date and time: 5 January 2026 at 21:00 (UTC+3).
    Qualification period: from 00:00 (UTC+3) on December 29 to 23:59 (UTC+3) on January 4, 2025.
    Any player may participate in three special All-in Shootout Tournaments by making deposits of at least 50 US dollars during the respective qualification periods.
12. Each tournament includes the following Promotion prizes:
    1st–3rd place: iPhone 17 Pro.
    4th–8th place: AirPods Pro 3.
    1st–50th place: a $10 tournament ticket for participation in Spin&Win.
    51st–200th place: a $3 tournament ticket for participation in Spin&Win.
    201st–400th place: a $0.5 tournament ticket for participation in Spin&Win.
13. The Promotion prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. Only the player whose details are registered in the Account may use the prize or any part of it.
14. Prize in the form of tournament tickets are credited to the player’s Account within 12 hours after the corresponding tournament ends.
15. Physical prizes will be sent to the tournament winners by mail. PokerPlanets support team will contact the Promotion prize winners within 48 hours after the completion of the respective tournament. Prizes will be dispatched to the winners within 45 days after the end of the Promotion.
16. At PokerPlanets discretion and/or in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond PokerPlanets control, PokerPlanets reserves the right to offer prize winners a cash prize of 1 099 US dollars in place of the iPhone 17 Pro and 249 US dollars in place of the AirPods Pro 3.
17. A player may opt-out of the Promotion at any time by contacting our support team.
18. A player has no right to obligate PokerPlanets to fulfill any contract terms or reimburse any expenses or costs without prior written permission from PokerPlanets.
19. Participation in the Promotion and all associated benefits are at PokerPlanets' sole discretion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to change the terms, privileges, or cancel them entirely at any time.
20. In the event of disputes regarding these terms, eligibility, prize distribution, the final decision will be made by the management of PokerPlanets. Such a decision is final and binding and not subject to appeal by the participant or any third party.
21. These Promotion terms and any related matters are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
