These are the terms of participation in the "Road to SPF Autumn Main Event" promotion ("Promotion"), conducted by the operator ("PokerPlanets") of this website, client application with graphical user interface, and mobile application ("Website"). Your continued use of the Website signifies full agreement with the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Participants in the Promotion must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater). At any time, you may be required to provide PokerPlanets (or a third party on behalf of PokerPlanets) with a government-issued ID (passport or other valid photo ID) to verify your age and/or identity. Players who are unable to provide such proof upon request will be disqualified from the Promotion and barred from accessing the Website.
2. By participating in the Promotion, you grant PokerPlanets the right to use your name, likeness, voice, and photographs for marketing and advertising purposes in any media without any compensation and expressly waive any claims against PokerPlanets in this regard.
3. Employees and relatives of employees of PokerPlanets, as well as any individuals who are partners or otherwise connected to PokerPlanets, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. In this context, "relative" means spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling, or sibling-in-law.
4. By participating in the Promotion, you release PokerPlanets, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any damage received in connection with participation in the Promotion.
5. PokerPlanets reserves the right to modify these Promotion terms at any time at its sole discretion, including canceling, altering, or postponing the Promotion if PokerPlanets believes that the Promotion cannot be conducted in accordance with the described terms.
6. Participants in the Promotion must adhere to all policies and rules of PokerPlanets, as published on the Website.
7. Strict rules on multi-account play will apply during the Promotion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to disqualify any player suspected of participating in the Promotion using multiple accounts. The decision on the penalty for violating these terms will be made by PokerPlanets.
8. The Promotion starts on August 23, 2025 at 09:00 (UTC+3) and ends on September 21, 2025 at 23:59 (UTC+3) (the "Promotion Period").
9. The Promotion terms automatically apply to all PokerPlanets players.
10. To participate in the Promotion, you must play in qualifying tournaments, which will be held daily with buy-ins ranging from 0 (free) to $5.50, depending on the qualifying tournament.
11. The final tournaments will be held as follows:

Schedule: Sunday, August 31, 2025, at 19:00 (UTC+3).
Guaranteed Main Prizes of the Promotion: 5 (five).
Qualification for the Final 1
Entry: $55 or qualification to Final 1.
Qualification to Final 1: daily from August 23 to August 31, 2025; the last qualifying tournament will take place on August 31, 2025, at 16:30 (UTC+3).
If a player qualifies for the Final 1 tournament more than once, they will receive an additional tournament ticket each time, which can be used for re-entry. However, this ticket becomes invalid after the end of the late registration period for the respective tournament.

Schedule: Sunday, September 7, 2025, at 19:00 (UTC+3).
Guaranteed Main Prizes of the Promotion: 5 (five).
Qualification for the Final 2
Entry: $55 or qualification to Final 2.
Qualification to Final 2: daily from September 1 to September 7, 2025; the last qualifying tournament will take place on September 7, 2025, at 16:30 (UTC+3).
If a player qualifies for the Final 2 tournament more than once, they will receive an additional tournament ticket each time, which can be used for re-entry. However, this ticket becomes invalid after the end of the late registration period for the respective tournament.
- Final 3
Schedule: Sunday, September 14, 2025, at 19:00 (UTC+3).
Guaranteed Main Prizes of the Promotion: 5 (five).
Qualification for the Final 3
Entry: $55 or qualification to Final 3.
Qualification to Final 3: daily from September 8 to September 14, 2025; the last qualifying tournament will take place on September 14, 2025, at 16:30 (UTC+3).
If a player qualifies for the Final 3 tournament more than once, they will receive an additional tournament ticket each time, which can be used for re-entry. However, this ticket becomes invalid after the end of the late registration period for the respective tournament.
- Final 4
Schedule: Sunday, September 21, 2025, at 19:00 (UTC+3).
Guaranteed Main Prizes of the Promotion: 5 (five).
Qualification for the Final 4
Entry: $55 or qualification to Final 4.
Qualification to Final 4: daily from September 14 to September 21, 2025; the last qualifying tournament will take place on September 21, 2025, at 16:30 (UTC+3).
If a player qualifies for the Final 4 tournament more than once, they will receive an additional tournament ticket each time, which can be used for re-entry. However, this ticket becomes invalid after the end of the late registration period for the respective tournament.
12. The Main Prize of the Promotion is a ticket to the Main Event of the Sochi Poker Festival Autumn 2025.
13. The company organizing the Main Event of the Sochi Poker Festival Autumn 2025 may require the Promotion winner to comply with additional rules and conditions, which must also be fulfilled by the winner. In this regard, PokerPlanets is not responsible for the winner's failure to comply with such rules and conditions.
14. A total of 20 (twenty) Main Prizes are provided as part of this Promotion.
15. If a player who has won a Main Prize of the Promotion is unable to participate in the Main Event of the Sochi Poker Festival Autumn 2025, the Main Prize shall be forfeited without any compensation.
16. One player may receive only 1 (one) Main Prize in the Promotion. If a player wins the Main Prize more than once, they will receive an additional tournament ticket, which can be used for a re-entry into the Main Event of the Sochi Poker Festival Autumn 2025.
17. Promotion prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. Only the player whose details are specified in the Account may use the prize or any of its components.
18. A player may opt-out of the Promotion at any time by contacting our support team.
19. A player has no right to obligate PokerPlanets to fulfill any contract terms or reimburse any expenses or costs without prior written permission from PokerPlanets.
20. Participation in the Promotion and all associated benefits are at PokerPlanets' sole discretion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to change the terms, privileges, or cancel them entirely at any time.
21. In the event of disputes regarding these terms, eligibility, prize distribution, the final decision will be made by the management of PokerPlanets. Such a decision is final and binding and not subject to appeal by the participant or any third party.
22. These Promotion terms and any related matters are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
