These are the terms of participation in the "Road to RPC Altai" promotion ("Promotion"), conducted by the operator ("PokerPlanets") of this website, client application with graphical user interface, and mobile application ("Website"). Your continued use of the Website signifies full agreement with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Participants in the Promotion must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater). At any time, you may be required to provide PokerPlanets (or a third party on behalf of PokerPlanets) with a government-issued ID (passport or other valid photo ID) to verify your age and/or identity. Players who are unable to provide such proof upon request will be disqualified from the Promotion and barred from accessing the Website.
2. By participating in the Promotion, you grant PokerPlanets the right to use your username, likeness, voice, and photographs for marketing and advertising purposes in any media without any compensation and expressly waive any claims against PokerPlanets in this regard.
3. Employees and relatives of employees of PokerPlanets, as well as any individuals who are partners or otherwise connected to PokerPlanets, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. In this context, "relative" means spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling, or sibling-in-law.
4. By participating in the Promotion, you release PokerPlanets, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any damage received in connection with participation in the Promotion.
5. PokerPlanets reserves the right to modify these Promotion terms at any time at its sole discretion, including canceling, altering, or postponing the Promotion if PokerPlanets believes that the Promotion cannot be conducted in accordance with the described terms.
6. Participants in the Promotion must adhere to all policies and rules of PokerPlanets, as published on the Website.
7. Strict rules on multi-account play will apply during the Promotion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to disqualify any player suspected of participating in the Promotion using multiple accounts. The decision on the penalty for violating these terms will be made by PokerPlanets.
8. The Promotion starts on April 3, 2026 at 00:00 (UTC+3) and ends on June 7, 2026 at 23:59 (UTC+3) (the "Promotion Period").
9. The Promotion terms automatically apply to all PokerPlanets players.
10. To participate in the Promotion, players must play in qualifying tournaments conducted in accordance with the schedule published on the Website.
11. The Main Prize of the Promotion is a ticket to the Main Event of the Second Stage of the Russian Poker Cup in Altai worth 500 (five hundred) USD (the "Main Prize").
12. Within the framework of this Promotion, the distribution of no fewer than 25 (twenty-five) Main Prizes is provided for.
13. The company organizing the Second Stage of the Russian Poker Cup in Altai may require the Promotion winner to comply with additional rules and conditions of participation in the tournament. PokerPlanets is not responsible for the winner’s failure to comply with such rules and conditions.
14. If a player who has won a Main Prize of the Promotion does not participate in the Second Stage of the Russian Poker Cup in Altai, the Main Prize shall be forfeited without any compensation from the series organizers or PokerPlanets.
15. A Main Prize won by a player is used to pay the buy-in for the Main Event of the Second Stage of the Russian Poker Cup in Altai. Each additional Main Prize won by the same player entitles the player to receive tournament chips (tournament money) provided by the organizer of the Second Stage of the Russian Poker Cup in Altai, equivalent to 35 000 (thirty-five thousand) RUB, for participation in tournaments of the series held from June 5 to 14, 2026.
16. Each Main Prize has a nominal value of 500 (five hundred) USD, which for the purposes of participation in the Second Stage of the Russian Poker Cup in Altai is fixed at 35 000 (thirty-five thousand) RUB. In the event that a Main Prize is actually used by the player, the difference (if any) between 500 (five hundred) USD converted at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of use and the fixed amount of 35 000 (thirty-five thousand) RUB will be credited to the player’s Account on the Website in the form of Tournament Money (T$). The exchange rate difference is credited exclusively for each Main Prize actually used. No exchange rate difference will be credited for unused Main Prizes, and such prizes shall be deemed forfeited.
17. Promotion prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. Only the player whose details are specified in the Account may use the prize or any of its components.
18. A player may opt-out of the Promotion at any time by contacting our support team.
19. A player has no right to obligate PokerPlanets to fulfill any contract terms or reimburse any expenses or costs without prior written permission from PokerPlanets.
20. Participation in the Promotion and all associated benefits are at PokerPlanets’ sole discretion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to change the terms, privileges, or cancel them entirely at any time.
21. In the event of disputes regarding these terms, eligibility, prize distribution, the final decision will be made by the management of PokerPlanets. Such a decision is final and binding and not subject to appeal by the participant or any third party.
22. These Promotion terms and any related matters are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
