These are the terms of participation in the "Spin&Win Sprint" promotion ("Promotion"), conducted by the operator ("PokerPlanets") of this website, client application with graphical user interface, and mobile application ("Website"). Your continued use of the Website signifies full agreement with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Participants in the Promotion must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater). At any time, you may be required to provide PokerPlanets (or a third party on behalf of PokerPlanets) with a government-issued ID (passport or other valid photo ID) to verify your age and/or identity. Players who are unable to provide such proof upon request will be disqualified from the Promotion and barred from accessing the Website.
2. By participating in the Promotion, you grant PokerPlanets the right to use your username, likeness, voice, and photographs for marketing and advertising purposes in any media without any compensation and expressly waive any claims against PokerPlanets in this regard.
3. Employees and relatives of employees of PokerPlanets, as well as any individuals who are partners or otherwise connected to PokerPlanets, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. In this context, "relative" means spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling, or sibling-in-law.
4. By participating in the Promotion, you release PokerPlanets, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any damage received in connection with participation in the Promotion.
5. PokerPlanets reserves the right to modify these Promotion terms at any time at its sole discretion, including canceling, altering, or postponing the Promotion if PokerPlanets believes that the Promotion cannot be conducted in accordance with the described terms.
6. Participants in the Promotion must adhere to all policies and rules of PokerPlanets, as published on the Website.
7. Strict rules on multi-account play will apply during the Promotion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to disqualify any player suspected of participating in the Promotion using multiple accounts. The decision on the penalty for violating these terms will be made by PokerPlanets.
8. The Promotion starts on February 14, 2026 at 10:00 (UTC+3) and ends upon full distribution of the total prize pool of $5 000 ("Promotion Period").
9. The Promotion terms automatically apply to all PokerPlanets players.
10. To participate in the Promotion, players must play Spin&Win tournaments.
11. The following Spin&Win tournament buy-in levels participate in the Promotion: $0.5, $3 and $10.
    For each buy-in level, a separate medal is formed (bronze for $0.5, silver for $3, gold for $10), a separate progress bar, and a separate leaderboard.
    A player may participate in the Promotion simultaneously at all three buy-in levels, provided that the player participates in the corresponding Spin&Win tournaments.
12. Leaderboard positions are determined based on the number of Spin&Win tournaments played at the corresponding buy-in level.
13. The reward amount for each medal is determined randomly within the following ranges:
    $0.5 buy-in – from $25 to $250;
    $3 buy-in – from $50 to $500;
    $10 buy-in – from $100 to $1 000.
    Once determined, the medal reward amount is fixed and does not change until the medal is achieved and distributed.
14. Each medal has a progress bar based on the total number of Spin&Win tournaments played by all players at the corresponding buy-in level.
    Only tournaments of the corresponding buy-in level are counted.
    The number of tournaments required to reach 100% progress depends on the value of the medal reward.
    Once 100% progress is reached, the medal is considered achieved and becomes subject to distribution among players.
15. Prizes are distributed among the top-10 players on the leaderboard of the corresponding buy-in level at the time the medal is achieved.
    Each player's reward is calculated proportionally based on their share of tournaments played relative to the total number of tournaments played by all top-10 players, according to the following formula:
    Player’s Reward = (Number of tournaments played by the player ÷ Total number of tournaments played by top-10 players) × Medal reward amount.
    If fewer than 10 players are listed on the leaderboard, the reward is distributed among all such players proportionally to their share of tournaments played.
    Medal progress includes all tournaments played by all players at the corresponding buy-in level, regardless of whether they are in the top-10.
16. The "Overall Leaderboard" is formed separately for each buy-in level and reflects the total number of Spin&Win tournaments played by a player during the entire Promotion Period at the corresponding buy-in level.
    At the end of the Promotion, the top-3 players of the "Overall Leaderboard" at each buy-in level will receive 100% rakeback for a period of 1 (one) month.
    The 100% rakeback is granted exclusively for Spin&Win tournaments and only at the buy-in level where the player finished in the top-3 of the corresponding leaderboard.
17. Promotion prizes are credited to players’ Accounts on the Website within 24 hours after the corresponding medal is achieved.
18. A player may opt out of the Promotion at any time by contacting our support team.
19. A player has no right to obligate PokerPlanets to fulfill any contract terms or reimburse any expenses or costs without prior written permission from PokerPlanets.
20. Participation in the Promotion and all associated benefits are at PokerPlanets' sole discretion. PokerPlanets reserves the right to change the terms, privileges, or cancel them entirely at any time.
21. In the event of disputes regarding these terms, eligibility, or prize distribution, the final decision will be made by the management of PokerPlanets. Such decision is final and binding and not subject to appeal by the participant or any third party.
22. These Promotion terms and any related matters are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.
